The Titan 1000 is rated for treatment areas up to 10,000 cubic feet. As the smallest hydroxyl generator in the Titan series, it’s ideal for all residential applications.
The Titan 1000 stands out as one of the few true hydroxyl generators on the market. The Titan line utilizes UVA lamps operating within the 365–385 nm light spectrum, which reflect off a TiO₂-coated super reactor screen.
When the UVA light interacts with the nano-sized titanium dioxide catalyst, it generates hydroxyl radicals through a photocatalytic reaction. This process uses H₂O molecules from the surrounding air to create super hydroxyl radicals, free electrons, and ionized hydroperoxides.
Once released into the contaminated environment, these reactive molecules break down both organic and inorganic compounds, converting them safely into carbon dioxide and water.
