Description
The Titan Hydroxyl Generator with Hydroxyl Maximizer eliminates odors and destroys germs using advanced photocatalytic oxidation technology. Its TAiO₂ photocatalytic lamps emit 365–385nm UVA rays that pass through two permanent, anatase TiO₂-coated super reactor screens. These screens are engineered to hold a high concentration of nano-sized titanium dioxide particles, creating powerful electron-hole pairs.
These pairs react with moisture (H₂O) and oxygen (O₂) in the air to produce free electrons, hydroxyl radicals, and ionized hydroperoxides. When circulated by the unit’s fan, these reactive molecules break down organic and inorganic gases, odors, and airborne pollutants—converting them into harmless carbon dioxide and water.
The Titan Hydroxyl Generator is completely safe for use in occupied spaces and features self-cleaning technology that meets NASA and FDA Type II medical device standards.
